Can I see my Custom Piece before it is posted?

Yes, a photograph of your Custom Piece will be emailed to you to ensure you are happy with the item ahead of despatch.

When will my order be sent?

You should receive a confirmation of postage email within two working days of your order having been processed. Any tracking information will be provided to you, if applicable, by our delivery partner.

Do you charge for delivery to the UK?

UK delivery on orders under £20 (excluding shipping) is £2.95. UK delivery is free on orders of £20 or more.

Do you deliver Internationally?

We can deliver internationally. Please note that the delivery charge relates to UK mainland only. If you require a quote on international delivery please get in Contact.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment using the following cards: Visa (Debit and Credit) and MasterCard (Debit and Credit). We also accept Apple Pay.

What happens if I have an issue with my order?

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns. Please make sure that you are comfortable with the item before purchasing and if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in Contact.
