Definitions
Customers or visitors to this website are referred to as “you”. Quiet Exhibitionist is referred to as “us”, “our” or “we”. Made-to-order works of art are referred to as “Custom Pieces”.

Contract of sale
No contract will be formed until you have received an email confirming that your order has been despatched. Items may be offered for sale at different locations, including retail outlets and craft fairs. Occasionally, items shown as in stock on our website may have sold out. In such instances, we will endeavour to rectify the situation or refund any payments made. Please note that refunds may take three to five working days to be remitted into your account after processing.
Items are sold on the basis that all sales are final and, once a contract of sale has been entered into, no refunds or exchanges will be offered. This will not affect your statutory rights.
Purchases
When you purchase an item from us, you will receive an email confirming we have received your order and will be issued with a unique order number. When your item has been despatched, you will receive an email confirming that it has been sent. You may receive notifications from the delivery company fulfilling our orders.
For Custom Pieces, the timeframe will vary and we will communicate with you throughout the process from production to delivery.
If you have any special requirements for postage, please contact us at the time of your order and we will make every effort to meet these requirements.
Pricing
All prices shown on our website are in Great British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).
Customs and Duty
Any additional charges in respect of international deliveries that may be incurred for customs clearance must be borne by you.
Quality
All designs are original and each piece is unique and hand-painted using non-toxic materials. We endeavour to produce items to a high standard and take great care to accurately describe and photograph each item.
Whist we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve the situation.
Delivery
We endeavour to package your items safely, securely and attractively.
Changes and Updates
We cannot be held responsible for typographical errors on this site, including but not limited to those relating to price.
We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions and/or product and price information without any prior notice.
Use of our website
All use of our website must be lawful and not injurious to any third party. You must not copy the content or images contained within our web pages for commercial and/or personal purposes without the express written consent of Quiet Exhibitionist. You must also not use our website in any way that undermines the credibility and reputation of Quiet Exhibitionist.
